約6坪の台湾料理のテイクアウト&イートイン店の計画

店主の出身である台湾の街で見られる、

食事時になると歩道までキッチンが溢れ出す風景のイメージをかたちにする依頼を受けた

お客さんと店員を心理的物理的に仕切るカウンターではなく、

キッチンと高さを揃えたカウンターによって、

キッチンが奥から手前まで続くように作られている

 

屋内と屋外に同一のレンガが張られ、半屋外の雰囲気を店頭に生み出すと共に、

籐を用いた建具や、台湾製の磁器質タイルを用い、

台湾で今も残るレンガ調の建物を想起させるレトロな雰囲気のデザインとなった

This is a project for a take-out & eat-in store of Taiwanese food of  about 20㎡.
We thought that we would like to make a plan to create a lively scene where the kitchen overflows to the sidewalk at meal time, which can be seen in the city of Taiwan.

Not a counter-like counter (which mean separates customers and chef psychologically and physically)

With a counter that is the same height as the kitchen,

It is characteristic that the kitchen is made to continue from the back to the front.

The same bricks are laid interior and exterior, creating a semi-outdoor atmosphere in the store .

Using rattan and taiwanese porcelain tiles,

The design has a retro atmosphere reminiscent of the brick wall buildings that still remain in Taiwan.
